Abs Work Out


Are you pretty muscular but have reached a plateau when it comes to your abs? Abs work out
This is the most basic exercise for your stomach. It has been tried and proven over the years to tone the upper abdominal region. Lay down on your matt with you with your feet on the floor and your knees bent. Have a partner hold your legs so your lower body stays firm on the floor. Using your abs, pull your chest and torso up to meet your bended knees. You do not need to go all the way. Keep this up in rapid succession. As your stamina increases, so will your resistance, so you will your ability to do more.
Abs work out
For this exercise you will have to have help from one of your workout buddies. Lie down and have your partner stand directly behind your head. Hold his or her legs with your hands and lift your legs from the floor. Bring them up to touch your partner’s outstretched hands. Your partner should grab your legs and throw them back down to the floor. Stop your legs from touching the floor and bring them back up. Repeat.

Everyone knows how to do sit ups. You can do sit ups alone or with a friend to help hold your legs down. Sit ups help to tone your midsection. The key to sit ups is repetition every day. Repeat, repeat, repeat, and you will see progress you will be proud of.
